We hear a lot of stories about dogs doing amazing things that prove that they are indeed man’s best friend. Dogs are incredibly loyal and faithful creatures who will protect their humans even if it means risking their own lives. In Mexico, a stray dog did something amazing for the people he cared for.
A service station or gas station in Tamaulipas, Mexico has an unusual mascot. The employees at the gas station adopted a stray dog that has been frequenting the gas station to get some food and also cuddles from the employees. The employees decided to name the dog Randy and they also took care of him by giving him food, play with him, and even got him vaccinated.
Staff members of the gas station loved Randy and many people also chose to fill up at that particular gas station because they also love spending time with Randy even if it’s only for a brief moment. Randy is such an adorable puppy that he was doing his part by just being cute, which brings in customers.
However, what Randy did one night proved that he appreciates his gas station family and will do everything to protect them. In a surveillance camera footage, two armed thieves went into the gas station and forced the attendant to open the office where the money was kept. Randy was woken up by the noise and knew that something was wrong.
As soon as Randy saw the robbers, he rushed in to help the gas station employee by jumping and attacking the robbers. The robbers were so surprised by Randy’s action that they decided to run away. Randy’s gas station family was so proud of Randy and they knew that they did the right thing by adopting Randy.
Randy proves that dogs are intelligent creatures who are loyal and protective of the people they consider their family. Randy’s action that night made everyone so proud of him and he’s surely be getting plenty of treats and cuddles from his proud family.
