When Sheridan Oliver Martin asked for a Chihuahua from her husband, Sinclair, he immediately informed her he didn’t like small dogs. But when she eventually persuaded him, it changed his entire life. Sinclair immediately fell in love with a tiny Chihuahua and began loving her like a mad man.
Pickles, his adorable dog
He thought that all the tiny dogs were bossy and aggressive. Though Sheridan grew up with small dogs, so she never failed to ask for a Chihuahua. Sinclair finally relented and told her that she might get one for her birthday.
Then they got Pickles. As soon as Sinclair met the Chihuahua puppy, he immediately realized that his assumptions were wrong. Pickles was utterly adorable and cuddly, and therefore couple cannot resist but to fall in love.
He then took back all of the negative stuff he has said against Chihuahuas. And from then on, he promises to devote most of his time taking good care of the Chihuahua and continue to shower it with love.
No matter what their breed, love them
Never in his wildest dream would he feel this much affection to a Chihuahua but, no wonder there because even small dogs can’t help but fall in love with Pickle. He puts on her outfits, cleans her dirty feet, and at night he also lays her in bed. It is the complete opposite of what he assumed to happen.
Pickles also became a great friend of Merlin, their other dog. This little dog is lively and enjoys playing mostly with dogs that bigger than her. Her vibrant nature even made other “small dog haters” fall in love with her, such as Sheridan’s father.
Most people like to believe they hate dogs of specific sizes or breeds, but all dogs can be friendly and lovable to the right family. And here we can say that Pickles found the place where she truly belongs.
